1. Enterprise Entity & Scope

This agreement governs the use of services, mobile applications, APIs, and Agentic AI tools provided by Eduantum Technologies (Govt. of India MSME: UDYAM-KR-03-0560203), located at No 6, Pragathinagar, Manjunath Layout, Hosa Road, Bengaluru 560100, Karnataka, India.

2. Indian Data Sovereignty & Storage

All learner data, institutional AI training embeddings, location coordinates, and financial records are hosted strictly within certified data centers in India.

• ✓ Encryption in Transit & at Rest: TLS 1.3 with AES-256 GCM encryption.
• ✓ Strict Data Classification: Public, Internal, Confidential, and Highly Sensitive tiers.
• ✓ Zero Third-Party Model Training: Institutional curriculum and student progress notes are never shared with public LLM providers for model training.

3. Agentic AI & Automated Synthesis Ethics

Our Agentic AI systems (Tutor Co-Pilot, Progress Synthesizer, Trust Guardian) operate as augmentative tools for human educators. All AI-generated student progress cards and lesson plans undergo human verification and evaluation before institutional delivery.

4. Financial Escrow & Cancellation Terms

Tuition payments are held in double-entry escrow accounts. Fees are disbursed to verified tutors only after physical 6-digit session PIN verification at the doorstep. Parents are eligible for full refunds if a trial session does not meet quality expectations.
